1. Free to Use

Cemot is 100% free. All QR code types are available to everyone at all times. There are no locked features, subscriptions, or upsells.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use Cemot to generate QR codes that:

Link to harmful, illegal, or malicious content
Contain phishing, scams, or fake services
Violate copyrights, trademarks, or privacy laws
Spread malware, viruses, or deceptive software

3. Ownership of Data

Whatever you type in is yours. Cemot does not claim, store, or analyze any data entered for QR generation. QR codes are created locally on your device.

4. No Warranty

Cemot is provided “as-is.” While we aim for accuracy and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect output. Use at your own discretion.

5. No Liability

Cemot is not responsible for any misuse, losses, or damages resulting from QR codes generated here. You take full responsibility for how you use the output.

6. Termination of Access

If someone uses Cemot for abuse, manipulation, or platform-breaking behavior, access may be limited or blocked without notice.

7. Policy Updates

These terms may evolve to reflect service changes or user needs. If they do, the update will be posted right here with a new effective date.
